2.4 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately. qk222 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from third-party use.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at qk222 is ৳100 — this rule applies equally to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Depositing using another person's payment account or card is strictly prohibited. The payment method used for deposits must be owned by the account holder themselves.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended due to verification failure or incomplete information.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

qk222 maintains a strict stance against money laundering and financial fraud. In the case of any suspicious transaction, we reserve the right to suspend an account for investigation and to verify relevant information.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games or betting categories.
• Direct withdrawal of bonus funds is not possible — withdrawal is only available after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if the wagering requirements are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet has been finalized, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In the case of an incomplete bet caused by a technical error or server outage, qk222's decision will be considered final.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to place bets.
• Playing under a false identity or on behalf of a third party.

Any user found involved in the above activities will have their account permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

5.3 Game Results

The results of all games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). qk222 follows fair play principles and no interference is made in game outcomes.

VIP & Loyalty Program

qk222's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold.

Progression through VIP tiers is determined by active participation and regular activity on the platform. qk222 reserves the right to change the benefits or structure of the VIP program at any time and will endeavor to provide advance notice in such cases.
